Mortgage Consultants Group keeps the lending process simple so you can concentrate on shopping for the home of your dreams. Here is how our process works.

Schedule a consultation.

Give us a call at (916) 669-1682 to schedule your mortgage consultation. During your consult, you can share your needs and goals with us. We will then be able to offer you personalized recommendations.

Choose what type of home loan to apply for.

We offer a range of different home loans to borrowers so that you can find the right product for any scenario.

Our friendly team will go over your options with you and help you choose the mortgage that will be ideal for your requirements.

Receive mortgage pre-approval.

You receive pre-approval at this stage so you can increase your bargaining power as you search for a home. With pre-approval, you will also know exactly what you can afford.

Conduct your home search.

We will be taking care of the next steps on our end, which allows you to get back to focusing on your search for your ideal home.

Appraisal and underwriting are next.

As you search for a home, we will handle the appraisal and underwriting.

Receive conditional approval.

Next, we issue a loan commitment.

Pending documents are submitted.

At this point in the mortgage process, there may be a need to submit some additional pending documents. Should that be the case, you will be notified by email or text so you can quickly provide them.

Receive final approval.

We now issue final approval for your mortgage.

Closing time is here.

Finally, you get to close, completing the mortgage process. You now get the keys to your new home.
